The 𝗧𝗪𝗢 𝗘𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗢𝗡𝗘 team recently returned from a successful visit to PEP in South Africa.

With billions of transactions annually, Pepkor is the biggest retailer in Southern Africa. Running such a large group of retail businesses requires having a quality management partner they can rely on, who can adapt to their needs and is on hand to support their business.

TWO EIGHT ONE team members flew in from all over the planet – with London, Hong Kong, and Istanbul all represented.  A tightly packed schedule saw the team working with many of Pepkor’s key brands; visiting retail stores, warehouses, and their factory to learn about each of the operations.

Of course, any trip to South Africa shouldn’t always be about work, with an abundance of amazing food and wine to try. The team made the most of the opportunity to experience some local culture and cuisine.

It’s great working with the Pepkor teams – they’re all really engaged and on-site visits like these are vital to building the foundations of a long-term partnership.
