Inspection Techniques

Hands-on training covering garment, footwear and accessories inspection methods, measurement checking and AQL sampling procedures

Defect Classification

Learn to identify, categorise and document critical, major and minor defects accurately and consistently

Garment AQL Inspection

AQL sampling methodology (ISO 2859-1). Setting acceptance levels. Random sample selection. Running a full Final Inspection from pre-setup through to result declaration.

Measurement Inspection

Points of measure (POMs), tolerance setting, using e-tape and manual tape. Size chart interpretation, grading checks, and measurement variance documentation.

Packaging & Labelling

Carton and inner pack inspection. Barcode / UPC scan testing. Country of origin, fibre content and care labelling requirements by destination market.

Product & Safety Compliance

Restricted substances, REACH, AZO dyes, formaldehyde limits. Children's wear safety (EN 14682, ASTM F1816). Reading and validating lab test reports.

CLIV App Training

Full training on how to use the CLIV platform to conduct inspections, complete digital checklists, capture photo evidence and submit reports

Certification
